The Rose Maze at Baixiang is located in Hebei, China. It is a unique scenic spot themed around roses. Here, a large number of rose plants form the barriers of the maze, with flower walls of varying heights creating the paths. Visitors need to find their way out through the complex passages, combining both ornamental appeal and entertainment.

The maze is mainly built with standard roses and climbing roses. The flower walls are about 1.8 meters tall, separating the paths without blocking the view. The paths are winding and twisty, with multiple junctions and hidden passages. First-time visitors usually take 20 to 40 minutes to find the exit. A wooden viewing platform stands at the center of the maze. Climbing onto it, visitors can overlook the circular layout of the entire maze, as well as the vast rose sea and surrounding flower fields.

Dozens of rose varieties are planted in the maze area, including large-flowered roses, floribunda roses, and standard roses. The blooming season lasts from May to October each year, when red, pink, yellow, and white flowers open in sequence, creating colorful flower walls and paths. Even outside the peak season, the scenic area maintains some blooming roses through variety selection, so visitors can see flowers anytime.

The scenic area has complete facilities. A visitor center at the entrance provides guide maps and resting seats. A rose-themed promenade around the maze displays signs of different rose varieties, suitable for taking photos and learning about flowers. There is a simple catering area near the parking lot, offering local snacks and drinks. The entrance ticket includes access to the maze, costing about 20 RMB. The scenic area is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

The Rose Maze at Baixiang is easily accessible by car. Drivers can exit the Jinggang’ao Expressway at Baixiang and reach the maze in about 10 minutes. The scenic area is ideal for family outings—children can enjoy the fun of exploration in the maze—and for friends to take photos in the flower sea. The roads inside are flat, accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Without fancy decorations, it offers natural flower scents and simple pleasures, making it a great place to connect with nature and relax.
