Beitun Buzi Park is located in Beitun District, Taichung City, covering an area of 5 hectares and is the largest park in Beitun District. From an aerial view, there is a unique landscape within the park, an area resembling a giant foot. At the bottom of the feet, there is a delicate circular maze hidden.
This circular maze is composed of red bricks and green hedges. Red bricks are quaint and establish a stable tone for the maze. They have been crafted into pedestals for the maze, outlining its contours. The hedge is the main body of the maze, planted in a red brick base. As the seasons change, different colors are presented. In spring, new leaves are tender green and full of vitality; In summer, the branches and leaves are lush and verdant; In autumn, some leaves change color, interweaving yellow, green, and purple; In winter, there is a different scenery. Different hedgerows have richer and more varied colors due to their types and growth cycles, making them very attractive.
Apart from the maze, there are many fun things to do in Buzi Park. From the end of February to March every year, the yellow flowered Suzuki trees bloom, and the entire park is golden and dazzling. Petals fluttered down, and the ground felt like a golden carpet. Tourists took pictures one after another.
The park has abundant facilities and bike lanes, allowing cycling enthusiasts to ride freely. Big grass is suitable for picnicking and flying kites.
