Es troba a 30 minuts amb cotxe de la ciutat costanera de Port Macquarie. Es va trigar sis anys a construir -se i es va obrir oficialment el 2012. Ha guanyat el Premi Arquitectura del paisatge de Nova Gal\u00b7les del Sud. La seva inspiraci\u00f3 de disseny prov\u00e9 de les vinyes i les selves dels voltants. Amb dues espirals entrella\u00e7ades com a nucli, el cam\u00ed incorpora elements com ara vinyes, ponts i passarel\u00b7les enfonsades. La l\u00ednia d\u2019arribada simula la forma d\u2019un cl\u00faster de ra\u00efm, que simbolitza el proc\u00e9s de \u201cra\u00efm que es transforma en vi\u201d. Dins del laberint, hi ha dues torres d\u2019observaci\u00f3 de fusta.
